Testimony; For Steve S. Shabkie I would like to give my recommendation, gratitude and appreciation, for the Professional Handling of my Bank Short Sale Property in Westlake Village Ca. Steve, was able to negotiate a final sale offer with 5 recorded, lender liens on my westlake village property. All my previous Loan balances have been removed and I am fully released, from any deficency judgement exposure. He was able to resolve my real estate loan balances, without the need for foreclosure proceedings. Steve fully negotiated the short sale transaction to a close; sold the property to a new buyer, saved my credit and kept me away from lender foreclosure proceedings. I am 15 years disabled and my wife just started her own business about 3 years ago. Because of my disability I am no longer able to work, and at the time of my injury, we lost everything.
